An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Monday and Friday, repeating until May 31, 2019

Tabata is a high-intensity workout that has fitness and weight-loss benefits. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results. You do an exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest , and repeat that for 8 rounds, but different exercises each Tabata and all exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. You’ll work a combination of weights, cardio and core/abs all in 45 minutes!
