Titan Sports and Performance Center offers training for speed, quickness, agility, power, strength, fitness and sport specific conditioning. Group Sports Performance training is age appropriate and geared toward developing total athleticism. Classes offered M-F at 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm – there’s a session to fit everyone’s schedule!

Group Performance Training is offered Monday thru Friday with sessions at 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Still find time for training with the hectic schedules of academics, school and club teams.

I appreciate that his attitude towards training is to enhance athletic performance but with an emphasis on keeping athletes healthy for the long term.
