As parents, we all know the sacrifice we make for our kids.  Now it’s time to take care of yourself and make your time the most productive.  Our 9,000 square foot facility will allow members to run on the treadmill, lift weights, take a yoga class and so much more.  These classes are designed to build aerobic capacity, muscular strength, and endurance, improve range of motion and mobility, and create the optimal level of lean muscle tissue and body composition.  There’s no other facility in the area that allows the parent to stay on campus and get a complete workout while their child is improving their skills at practice.  Check our schedule below for class times!

HIIT

A full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity excercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class combines resistance training with ploymetric moves to improve your strength and power.

TITAN RIDE

A great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome!

RIDE: 30

Similar to Titan Ride but a shorter and more intense version. 30 Minutes.

BARRE

The best of yoga, pilates, and strenght training while offering a low impact, full-body workout. Classes include modifications for all fitness levels-Barre is for all bodies!

Strength

Define, sculpt and build lean muscle while challenging your muscular endurance and strength using various equipments for a total body workout.

Kickboxing: No bags, no gloves, just a killer workout! This class will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs!

Tabata 30

A high-intensity interval training that conists of fast paced exercises to get your heart pumping!

Total Body Conditioning

This class is a full body workout that fuses upper body, lower body, core & cardio! This class will test all your muscles & aerobic endurance. Build muscle while burning fat!

SHiNE Dance Fitness

Where “workout” meets “party!”. Suitable for beginners and expierenced dancers alike, SHiNE is a full body cardio + toning workout based in traditional jazz, ballet, and hiphop. Get ready to sweat, smile, shimmy and shake off all your worries (and calories), because this class is your new happy place. It’s your time to SHiNE!

YOGA: Mix

Strengthening flow that incorporates movement and poses to challenge your body and mind. Flexibility is NOT a requirment…all ages and levels are welcome!

YOGA: Restorative

Slow movement designed to bring attention to your body’s connective tissues in order to boost resiliency. A perfect way to begin the week. All ages and levels welcome!

BARBELL

Using light to moderate weight and lots of reps, Barbell offers a total body workout to great music. Barbell will burn fat, build lean muscle mass, and strengthen your core.

Barre 30/Shine 30

Half toning and half cardio…What could be better? Barre 30 offers 30 minutes of full body toning from a low impact workout. After that we shake our troubles away with Shine 30. Shine is a dance fitness class designed or anyone from beginners to expierenced dancers. Come ready to sweat and smile!

POUND

You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredible effective way of working out.
