Kids League is a daytime program for aspiring young athletes ages 3-5 years old. This program was designed with the intention of exposing kids to a non-competitive sports and exercise environment in order to improve overall fitness and well-being. It is crucial that young children have a positive experience with sports and exercise to develop a healthy life style for the future. Young athletes will participate in a wide variety of activities and age appropriate exercise programming to ensure their success. Kids League activities will be developed from a range of sports including soccer, basketball, baseball/softball, track and field, flag football, hockey, little triathlon, and calisthenics.
1 hour classes are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am and 4:30pm. Rates are available for 1,2, or 3 days per week.
Cost is just $14 per session. Each session is 1 hour in length.
