Titan Performance: Summer Athletic Development

FUNdamentals – Athlete Pillar 1

These coached programs will be centered around a fun, engaging movement based warmups, drills and games. Young athletes in these programs will be encouraged, challenged and expected to bring all of their effort and creativity to each session!

The FUNdamentals summer programming at Titan will lay the foundation for young athletes. This foundation includes SPEED, BALANCE, AGILITY, JUMPING, LANDING, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, SELF CONFIDENCE, MOVEMENT SKILLS and more!

SUMMER Athlete Pillar 2 is for HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE athletes.  The focus includes of this PILLAR program is strength, power, speed and lifting.

This is for those athletes that either need more specific work outside of their SUMMER PRIDE training or for those athletes that don’t actually have a summer pride offering at their schools. This is also open to any athletes that may be in their off-season or simply have down time.

Coach Miguel is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with distinction  (CSCS,*D). He also a registed strength and conditioning coach (RSCC).

Coach Miguel holds a Masters in Strength & Conditioning with an emphasis in Human Performance. His mission in one sentence: “To create the most resilient athlete possible.

The NSCAs Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach® (RSCC) is a designation that signifies that a CSCS® certified coach has demonstrated experience and knowledge in their field. RSCC coaches apply foundational knowledge to assess, motivate, educate, and train athletes for the primary goal of improving sport performance.
