All wave times are estimates only and not confirmed until after deadline. If divisions change, an email will be sent out to all accepted teams. ONLINE CHECK-IN, will be available for this event and will start accepting check-in March 30. Offering divisions of play for Girls 10 to Girls 18.

 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

This event will have online check in through AES. We prefer your club director to check you in by the online system but if not, Coaches must check in 30 minutes prior to your first match scheduled time. If you have an issue with arriving before the 30 minutes time frame, you must contact us. It could be that you would be forfeited if you have not contacted us. If you have a waived player that has been approved to participate, you must bring in region documentation. Medical Release forms should be with the coach at all times for every player. Proof of age such as Membership Card, birth certificate or parents on site, will be used to resolve any age disputes per division. Ultimate Performance will strictly enforce SafeSport and Code of Conduct guidelines at our events.

GATE –  $10.00 per person, under 12 Free.
No outside food or drinks in the facility.
No coolers.
May bring your own chairs but must stay 8 feet away from the playing area.

VIP Balcony Information

This area on the second floor overlooks the courts below and is great for viewing the action from above, or just socializing during or in between games. The VIP Balcony includes seven (7) Reserved Tables and six (6) Team Lounge areas to choose from.

Each Reserved Table includes:

  • Two (2) Parking Passes in the Reserved Lot ($40 value!)
